General Booking Information Rates are based on one or two guests per room. A charge of $50.00 per night will apply for each additional guest. A minimum 3 or 4 night stay is required during high season (Dec 21 - April 15). A $10 or $20 premium per night may be charged during holidays, and longer minimum stays may apply for holidays and special events. Please note that rates and requirements are subject to change without notice and subject to 11% State and Hotel Tax. Parking $5 per night for second car. Deposit: A minimum deposit of 1/2 of the reservation is required at time of booking to guarantee the reservation. For reservations made after the cancellation period, the full amount due will be charged and is nonrefundable. Cancellations: For the months of December through May, reservations may be cancelled up to 14 days prior to arrival (30 days for special events and holidays) subject to a $25 service charge. Less than 14 days (30 days for special events and holidays) will result in the loss of the deposit. During the months of June through November, reservations may be cancelled up to 7 days prior to your arrival date (30 days for special events and holidays) subject to a $25 service charge. Less than 7 days (30 days for special events and holidays) will result in the loss of the deposit. No refunds for early departures or No Shows (Loss of balance). HURRICANE
REFUND POLICY If you are hesitant
about booking, we recommend that you wait until closer to your date
of arrival to make the reservation, otherwise, we strongly urge
you to purchase trip insurance for your entire trip (airline, hotels,
